Paris, on the occasion of the exhibition ” Vienne 1880 – 1938 Naissance D’un Siecle “. It features an artwork image originally created by Klimt in 1913 titled ” la Vierge ” ( The Virgin ), courtesy of Nardon Galerie Prague.Gustave Klimt ( 1862 – 1918 ) was an Austrian Symbolist painter and of the most prominet members of The Vienna Secession movement. Klimt was one of the most radical artists of The Twentieth Century. Through his intensely decorative and erotic style, he pushed the boundaries of traditional artistic convention, paving the way for Modernists of the future.The rare out of print offset lithograph Paris exhibition poster measures 27 1/2″ W X 19 3/4″ H.
