Aside from the fact that it has a couple chipped spots in the porcelain, it is in very good condition. It would be a good candidate for a refinishing as there is a chipped area 4″ long on the front, inside of the bowl and a very shallow 1″ one on the front, left. The rest of the porcelain is nearly ding and scratch free. There are some slight blemishes to the surface to be found that look like soap marks, and the rest is fine. What stands out with this piece is the lack of corrosion. There is a very little around the drain hole that may be residue from the plumbing piece that was there. The rest of the sink is virtually rust free. The faucet holes are in excellent condition and white porcelain can even be seen behind the water overflow grate, which is a rarity with cast iron sinks of this age. The faucets were removed as they were not in the best shape, but the drain plug chain post was retained as it stool looks relatively good. The bottom of the sink is very good. It has been painted a couple of times over the years, and it was given a fresh coat to clean it up. There are products offered that coat the entire surface with very durable thick liquid that fills in damaged areas and leaves the sink bright white and flaw free, or it can be left as it is with its couple over scars that it has received in its 100 years in existence. Please see the pictures for further details.*** This piece is described in greater detail than is normally found, as the camera likes to hide blemishes with items such as this. There are pictures included with and without the use of flash in an attempt to show the details. The description is accurate to the best of our knowledge, and areas are pointed out that may look nearly flawless in the pictures.Dimensions . . .Width: 24″Height: 17″Depth: 18.25″Bowl Depth: 10″Bowl Width: 15.5″Backsplash Height: 10″Bowl Depth (deepness): 6.5″Faucet Holes Distance (center to center): 12″ less
