This is a hard to find matching set of 6 chairs!These were part of the Action Stacker line, this is the version with the arm-rest.Bottom marked “Action Stacker” with a separate DDC label dated 2.27.95. We are not sure what this date refers to as these chairs are considerably older, perhaps the DDC designation was a later design showroom center destination. There are some scuffs, marks, scratches, chrome pitting and oxidation to the chrome tubing, all typical of age and use.The chrome finish is in great shape, there is some pitting and oxidation underneath the seats and around the welded areas, please review the last few photos for the close-up details.There are no rips or tears to the seat or back cloth fabric. Each chair seat shows a few areas where the stacking has left semi-permanent indentations to the cloth and cushioning underneath, please review the last few photos for the close-up details. Perhaps these indentations can be steamed out.The cream colored textured seat and back fabric is in good condition overall, there are a few spots of discoloration and toning to the fabric.As we place some of our items with film and television period productions (who value authentic patina, distress and age) we have left these chairs in the original, as-found condition. The fabric seats could use a thorough steam cleaning and detailing if they are to be used in the home. Please review all the detailed photos as we have made an effort to show all the imperfections. less
