It has a floral design on the top and around all 4 sides. It is footed and has the maker’s mark on the bottom. It has its original key, although I could not get it to lock. There is an even if and heavy wear to the plating, so much of it is down to the base metal, I don’t think you can get much more shine to it. That being said, this is a gorgeous piece! It measures 7″ by 6″ by 4″ tall. It has an engraved monogram on the top which is PEC to the best of my knowledge. less
